                  What key insights did the demographic study give you?

                  What is God impressing on your heart?
                  What are you hearing from Him?

                This month's cohort is all about DISCIPLESHIP!
                Come prepared to share for several minutes your
                early thoughts on a discipleship strategy. 

                Questions you can use to prepare what you'll share:

                 Who discipled you?
                 What is discipleship?

                  How do you plan to disciple your people?

                  When will you disciple them?

                  What material or approach will you use?

                  What is God impressing on your heart?
                  What are you hearing from Him?

                This is a big month! Come prepared to share your
                pitch deck (ministry plan) with the cohort. Now is 
                the time to practice and receive feedback!

                A few tips:

                 Try and share it in 3-4 minutes?
                 Come prepared with a power point or pdf?

                 Don't do this halfway. Be all in so you can learn,
                 grow, and gain confidence. 

                 Gain insights from others. We are all on the same
                 team! 

                Be highly encouraging when sharing feedback with
